INGREDIENTS
4 pc medium tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon snipped fresh basil
3/4 cup croutons
2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
PROCEDURE
-Cut a 1/2-inch slice from the top of each tomatoe,discad tops.
-Scop out pulp,discard seeds.
Coarsely chop pulp/ set asid
-In a saucepan **** garlic in butter for 30 seconds.
-Stir in tomatoe pulp,green pepper,and basil.
-**** for 2 minuttes.
-Stir in croutons and parsley.
-Spoon crouton mixture into tomatoes.
-Arrange stuffed tomatoes in a pie plate.
-Bake in a350c for 14 minutes
